However, if your item arrives broken, or you receive the wrong order, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and rectify it as soon as possible.
Due to the personalized and handmade nature of many of our items, we can only accept returns of non-personalized items. We hope you understand! Please double check the spelling of all names and information you submit in the text boxes as you place your order, to help avoid any mistakes.
To be eligible for a refund, please contact us so that we can send you the return address and review eligibility. Returns will only be accepted after first contacting us. You will need to pay for the return postage, and items must be in their original condition - unused / unworn, with labels still attached, and in their original packaging. Please also provide proof of purchase, so we can verify your return.
We will email you once we have received your returned item/s. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to the original payment method used. Please note that we cannot refund any postage costs, and that there can be slight delays in receiving your refund depending on bank processing times. We thank you for your understanding!
